Location: Madison, SD | Type: Full-Time, M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM

About Us

Riggin Flight Service is a leading aviation training center dedicated to preparing the next generation of pilots. In addition to flight training, the organization supports testing operations through a nationwide testing provider.

We are seeking an Office Manager to serve as the operational hub of the organization—overseeing daily office and testing operations, managing student accounts and administrative processes, and ensuring the school runs smoothly and compliantly.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee office and testing operations, scheduling and prioritizing testing stations, supervising staff, and coordinating daily workflows.
  • Manage student accounts and administrative processes, covering tuition, payment plans, invoicing, collections, and verification of student good standing.
  • Coordinate compliance and records, ensuring required certifications, background checks, TSA documentation, and housing paperwork are accurate and current.
  • Maintain office and testing resources, keeping computer stations functional, monitoring supplies, and coordinating technical support as needed.
  • Support leadership and service delivery, assisting with budgets and reports while providing responsive, professional service to students, staff, and prospective families.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in office management, business administration, or accounting/finance.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping or tax filing practices a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Aviation or higher education experience preferred, but not required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid driver's license, and successfully pass a background check.
