- Lead weekly bid board meetings and maintain CRM hygiene (next actions, stage aging, weighted pipeline coverage).
- Maintain a rolling 12-month revenue forecast tied to backlog, project start dates, and pipeline for fencing/gates work.
- Coordinate with the Director of Field Operations to implement two-week look-ahead, short-interval control, and daily field reporting for Fence & Gates installations.
- Ensure seamless pre-construction handoff to operations teams for fence, gate, and perimeter barrier projects.
- Balance crew mix, set daily/weekly production targets, and achieve reliable on-time, on-budget delivery of fencing, gates, and security installations.
- Champion company safety culture through audits, stand-downs, near-miss reviews, and strict controls for high-risk activities (e.g., excavation, utilities, and gate/barrier installations).
- Conduct weekly job site visits and key customer interactions; personally handle escalations to maintain strong client relationships in perimeter security projects.
- Collaborate closely with the EHS Director to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in safety and quality for Fence & Gates work.
- Install and lead a consistent EOS operating cadence for assigned Fence & Gates mini-business unit, including weekly L10 meetings, monthly operational reviews, and quarterly Rocks.
- Coach and hold accountable leaders in Sales, Operations, Purchasing/Yard, and Accounting focused on Fence & Gates.
- Build bench strength in fence/gate installation trades, access control, and perimeter security specialties; coordinate with S&M Team as needed.
- Recruit, retain, and develop talent pipeline from Laborers → Installers → Foremen → Project Managers to support continued growth.
- Plan and pursue strategic expansion into additional markets within Alabama and other high-potential areas for fencing and gates.
- Weekly L10 (Branch Leadership): Scorecard review, IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve) issues, Rocks progress, to-dos.
- Weekly Bid Board/CRM: Pipeline coverage, stage aging, bid approvals, win–loss analysis for Fence & Gates projects.
- Weekly Ops Review: 12-week forecast, 2-week look-ahead, constraints, staffing levels, equipment rentals.
- Monthly Financial Review: WIP updates, gross margin bridge, cash position, A/R actions, inventory/PO compliance.
- Quarterly: Strategy alignment, capacity planning, talent development plan, high-security systems (HSS) and Fence & Gates capability review.

- Demonstrated success managing P&L, teams, and growth in a construction, fencing, or field-services environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, project management software, and forecasting processes.
- Prior exposure to EOS or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Proven leadership in construction operations with full P&L accountability, preferably in fencing, gates, perimeter security, or specialty installations.
- Strong understanding of fence/gate materials (ornamental, cable, chain link, security-rated), installation methods, site logistics, safety practices (excavation/utilities), and project execution in high-security environments, preferred.
- Experience implementing structured operating systems (e.g., EOS) to drive cadence, accountability, and growth.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influence skills to lead teams and cross-functional partners.
- Analytical mindset for financial oversight, forecasting, and performance metrics in project-based work.
