Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

· 2+ years of marketing experience with responsibility for strategy, campaign execution, and project management.

· Experience managing external marketing vendors, agencies, or consultants.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and marketing analytics.

· Experience with CRM systems, databases, and reporting tools, such as Salesforce.

· Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and build processes in a growing organization.

· Experience using AI tools to improve marketing, content creation, research, reporting or workflow efficiency.

· Experience in construction, engineering, skilled trades, or other service-based industries
