Job Summary: Jones & Henry has an opening for a full-time Project Coordinator that will provide project related support to engineering staff related to general administration of projects and project documentation. All duties shall be performed in such a manner as to maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all aspects.

We are Looking for Someone Who:

  • Can juggle multiple schedules
  • Produces accurate work product in support of project goals
  • Assists staff in completion of their tasks
  • Is detail oriented to ensure consistency and quality of the work that goes out the door

The Details:
The Project Coordinator prepares a variety of written material in support of marketing and projects which includes:

  • Developing and producing marketing material
  • Assisting in proposal preparation
  • Drafting technical documents in support of projects
  • Managing project files
  • Assisting management and staff with project administration tasks

The Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and good judgment in prioritizing work while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and with a range of individuals in a professional and cooperative environment including working with Client Principals, Office Manager, Project Managers, Engineers, and other office personnel
  • Ability to balance demands from multiple directions while maintaining productivity and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of general office procedures
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to learn other software packages such as eComm or other online bid document systems
  • Knowledge of EJCDC construction documents is a plus
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
