The Account Executive, Account Service, will contribute to the success of one or more accounts with the core responsibility for project management and support on assigned accounts. In partnership with Senior Account Executive/Account Supervisor/Account Director/VP/SVP, Account Service, the Account Executive will support internal teams to deliver work that is on strategy, on time, and on budget.

Account Executive, Account Service Primary Responsibilities
Overall Client Leadership
- Serves as a client liaison on project management-related work. Has excellent written communication and clearly articulates project goals, objectives, and updates in a timely manner.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the client’s overall business, brand vision, and strategy for the assigned accounts. Meets with client leadership counterparts on an ongoing basis to stay informed of updates/pivots to strategy and works with Senior Account Executive/Account Supervisor to adjust production/project management responsibilities and deliverables accordingly.
- Delivers excellence on behalf of BVK and our clients.
Business Development
- In partnership with Senior Account Executive/Account Supervisor/Account Director/VP/SVP, Account Service, supports organic growth efforts of assigned accounts.
- May be asked to contribute to new business-related activities such as pitch prep or proofing of RFPs in support of existing clients or business units.
Fiscal
- Once a Scope of Work is approved, it supports corresponding estimate development.
- Provides input/recommendation for project invoicing for the Senior Account Executive/Account Supervisor’s review.
- Assists with billing resolution issues with clients.
- Continuously manages budgets/hours on jobs to avoid overages/write-offs.
- Seeks insights from past projects to optimize future work related to efficiency and profitability.
Project Management
- Supports client project initiatives from start to finish with oversight from Senior Account Executive/Account Supervisor. Gains necessary internal/client approvals and keeps the client informed of pertinent updates.
- Manages project management timelines and internal communications. Manages day-to-day process on assigned accounts by identifying, communicating and confirming deliverables of all team members and clarifying team roles and responsibilities, as required.
- Maintains status report updates and participates in client status update meetings.
Required Skills/Experience /Competencies
- 2-4 years agency or comparable business/client-side experience.
- Proven success as a Project Manager.
- Has experience:
