Lavender, Inc. is looking to hire a Scaffold Project Manager. We are General and Mechanical Contractors with over 40 years of experience. With this role, you will oversee all scaffold projects, which are primarily in AL & MS. While we primarily work in the Southeast USA, there are times occasionally in which we may have jobs in other states. Your office location will be in Demopolis, AL.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 Years of Scaffold/ Construction Experience
• In Depth Knowledge of Scaffolding and Construction
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Adobe
• Flexibility to Work Overtime as Needed

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safety is our top priority. You must ensure work is completed safely according to safety standards by Lavender, Inc. and the customer.
• Perform work under all OSHA Standards
• Oversee job scopes, plan and stay on schedule, document control, check permits, adjust manpower needs
• Read isometric or orthographic drawings
• Read and create blueprint drawings
• Monitor and track profit and loss on jobs
• Project cost estimating
• Order materials, track materials, and perform take offs of materials
• Bid work and run job reports
• Maintain good relations with the Customer, Supervisors, Safety, and LI Employees
• Extensive teamwork with other PM's and Engineers

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Thursday
