Job Overview
We are hiring a motivated and energetic Summer Student-Administrative Support for a four (4) month term from May-August. This position will be based in Cold Lake, Alberta. This role is ideal for a motivated Business Management student who wants to build practical administrative, organizational, and project support skills in a professional setting. The successful candidate will support the team through various administrative tasks, data entry, and project-related research.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Create reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as requested
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records
- Assist in researching information relevant to ongoing projects
- Assist with tracking and entering time records
- Support day-to-day office tasks as needed
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary business program
- Familiarity with SAGE software is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Preferably from the Cold Lake area
- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test including cannabis
