28.00 - 33.00 USD / HOUR
Assist PM & superintendent as directed to help execute the project
Input data into Vista and Procore for project related documentation
The main person to interface between the project and accounting insuring that billings, job cost, AP & payroll are processed thoroughly, accurately, and timely
Creating and maintaining all project files
Create Preliminary Info Sheet for each assigned projects
Create and Maintain Project Contact List
Collect and submit certified payroll to required agencies
Input the project budget into Procore
Issue commitments and subcontracts
Fill out credit applications
Prepare DAS 140 and 142 forms
Collect, verify, and process material delivery packing slip and verify against POs
Collect and log daily sign in sheets and timecards
Assist with project payroll
Maintain a log for all rental equipment
Process change orders and budget modifications
Create expense reports to reimburse employees for assigned projects
Responsible for field employee’s travel arrangements
Compile & submit monthly lien releases
Distribute project invoices to project team members through PVault
Other administrative duties as directed by management
