• Assist PM & superintendent as directed to help execute the project
  • Input data into Vista and Procore for project related documentation
  • The main person to interface between the project and accounting insuring that billings, job cost, AP & payroll are processed thoroughly, accurately, and timely
  • Creating and maintaining all project files
  • Create Preliminary Info Sheet for each assigned projects
  • Create and Maintain Project Contact List
  • Collect and submit certified payroll to required agencies
  • Input the project budget into Procore
  • Issue commitments and subcontracts
  • Fill out credit applications
  • Prepare DAS 140 and 142 forms
  • Collect, verify, and process material delivery packing slip and verify against POs
  • Collect and log daily sign in sheets and timecards
  • Assist with project payroll
  • Maintain a log for all rental equipment
  • Process change orders and budget modifications
  • Create expense reports to reimburse employees for assigned projects
  • Responsible for field employee’s travel arrangements
  • Compile & submit monthly lien releases
  • Distribute project invoices to project team members through PVault
  • Other administrative duties as directed by management
