Job Description

If you are a Paving Roller Operator with 2 years or more of paving experience with a great team attitude and the knowledge and expertise to deliver an exceptional finished paving project, B.R. Kreider & Son, Inc., Central PA’s leading commercial paving company, is looking for you! Knowledge of paver maintenance, asphalt materials, luting techniques, transverse and longitudinal joints, grades, etc. is important.

Responsibilities

  • Roll asphalt materials so there are no creases, roller marks or vibrator marks
  • Ensure good compaction
  • Properly roll swales, high points and joints
  • Perform vibraplating and compaction to company standards
  • Assist in labor duties when not rolling

Experience & Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License Required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 2 years of paving experience
  • Great team attitude and communication skills
