Your Role
As a PS Pro, you’ll deliver exceptional salon and spa services while creating uplifting experiences for senior clients. Use your artistry and skill to enhance beauty, boost confidence, and form lasting connections every day.
Schedule & Requirements
- Active, valid cosmetology license in this state (required)
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Proof of identity & eligibility to work in the U.S. (required; sponsorship not available)
- Part-time: 2–3 days per week
- 6–8 hour shifts (evening/weekend hours may be available upon request)
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong hair cutting, styling, and coloring techniques
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- Commitment to professional appearance and client satisfaction
- Ability to adapt services for diverse needs, including seniors
- Team-oriented, punctual, and dependable
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience serving senior populations or in senior living communities
- Knowledge of latest hair trends and techniques
- Advanced certifications in cosmetology, hair color, or styling
Compensation & Benefits
- 50% commission per service performed

- Average hourly earnings: $22–$38 per hour (based on commission)
