Hansie Flip Burgers, located in the heart of Williamstown, KY is seeking a talented and experienced Shift Lead. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work while maintaining front and back of the house priorities. The Shift Lead also needs to ensure the customer experience is always worth coming back for that special burger.

Schedule: 9:00AM to 3:30PM Tuesday through Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that customers are served quality food in a timely manner.
• Regularly inspecting all work areas to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
• Accurately tallying all cash and charge slips.
• Follow all established standard operating procedures and check lists
• Switching off all lights and enabling the alarm system at the close of business.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven experience working in the food service industry.
• Sound knowledge of labor laws as well as food health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding leadership and management skills.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Outstanding track record of attendance.
• Attention to detail.
• The ability to stand for extended periods.
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the job including, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, frequent standing, stooping, squatting, twisting, and moving, ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
