About the Role

We’re hiring an IT Support Specialist to provide hands‑on support for hardware, software, networking, and company systems across multiple locations. This role ensures employees have the tools and technology they need to work effectively and safely each day.

This is a full‑time, year‑round position.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide support for desktop systems, software, and voice‑communication tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LAN, WAN, and other system components
  • Support PC hardware, operating systems, and applications
  • Identify system issues, report them to vendors, and monitor resolution
  • Monitor antivirus tools and remediate malware/spyware issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation for local IT infrastructure
  • Manage inventories of software, versions, and desktop equipment
  • Provide training to end users on company‑standard software tools
  • Assist with IT projects following company methodology
  • Maintain daily support tickets and ensure timely resolution
  • Occasionally travel to company sites as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
  • Ability to safely access and navigate worksites and offices
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 10 pounds
  • Occasional travel required via motor vehicle

What You Bring

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with desktop/system support and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and Windows 11 deployment (Intune)
  • Knowledge of Office 365, Exchange, and standard Microsoft applications
  • Familiarity with VOIP, LAN equipment, and network peripherals
  • Ability to configure Android and iPhone devices
  • Understanding of wireless technologies and antivirus tools
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
