About the Role

We’re hiring a Doubles/Triples Driver to safely operate a dump truck or tractor with one or more trailers, hauling materials such as asphalt, gravel, and aggregate between quarries, plants, and job sites. This role supports daily construction and materials operations through safe, timely, and compliant transportation.

This is a full‑time, seasonal position.

What You’ll Do

  • Safely operate a dump truck or tractor‑trailer to transport materials to and from job sites
  • Utilize company fleet applications for dispatching, communication, and electronic recordkeeping
  • Complete electronic Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs)
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure on‑time deliveries
  • Load and unload materials using the truck’s hydraulic system
  • Use hand tools to clean truck beds when needed
  • Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure proper vehicle condition
  • Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of assigned equipment
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, and other team members
  • Maintain regular in‑person attendance
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
  • Ability to safely access and navigate quarry, plant, and job site environments
  • Ability to safely climb and descend ladders
  • Ability to work outside normal business hours as required
  • Ability to work in moderate‑noise operational areas

What You Bring

  • Valid Class A CDL with manual transmission qualification
  • Doubles/Triples (T) endorsement
  • Current valid DOT physical
  • Clean driving record
  • Knowledge of USDOT and FMCSA regulations
  • Familiarity with construction‑related equipment operation
  • Good judgment and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work overtime, nights, or weekends as business needs require
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2–3 years of driving experience preferred
