As a Project Manager at Kirk Bros., you’ll be the driving force behind our public works projects — especially water and wastewater treatment builds. You’ll bring blueprints to life, guide teams, and keep everything on track.

🎯 Daily Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze plans, specs, and project documents to define scope and strategy.

  • Negotiate and manage purchase orders and subcontracts.

  • Plan schedules with Superintendents and keep updates flowing.

  • Visit jobsites regularly to stay connected and ahead of challenges.

  • Communicate with owners, engineers, and teammates in meetings and daily coordination.

  • Prepare pay applications, change orders, and cost reports.

  • Anticipate and manage risk — you’re proactive, not reactive.

💪 Who You Are

✔ 2+ years of construction or project management experience.
✔ Strong analytical, mathematical, and blueprint-reading skills.
✔ Proficiency with project software, cost databases, and Microsoft Office.
✔ A clear communicator who stays organized under pressure.
✔ Thrives working independently AND as part of a collaborative team.
