JOB TITLE: Sales Representative: Fire Protection Service & Inspection
Job Responsibilities: This position is responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with current customers. Identify fire sprinkler deficiency and service work opportunities and annual inspection contracts. Contact potential clients to gain opportunities to secure contracts. Maintain sales data in Service Trade-Sales Tracker. Interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional manner. Demonstrate and understanding of and follow all safety regulations and practices. Open-minded willingness for continual learning. Follow all Red Hawk Fire Protection’s policies, procedures, and core values. Any other duties deemed appropriate by management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct the sales activities of the Service Department.
- Drive department growth and operational efficiency by identifying and addressing inspection deficiencies, repair and replacement opportunities, and new customer development.
- Execute assigned sales activities.
- Manage customer lifetime value be executing plan for leading the upselling and cross selling of services, managed services and leveraged services.
- Provide daily and weekly sales planning to Director of Services. Employ methods to ensure that you have what you need daily to execute plans.
- Proposal review, pricing, and support. Prepare and deliver request for proposal (RFP) responses, proposals, and presentations. Ensure accurate estimates, professionalism, and competitive pricing while maintaining maximum profit margins.
- New customers are sought out to expand Red Hawk’s customer base.
- Ensure that all proposals and contracts are processed and that any information required to complete client billing is given to administrative team in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through quotes, anticipating needs, resolving concerns and complaints and providing technical support.
- The level of customer service provided to the customer meets or exceeds company standards to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in programs like Word, Excel, and email applications like Mac mail or Outlook, Ability to work at a fast pace, fire protection industry experience, management and/or project lead experience, project management experience.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check
Working Conditions
Expected working hours and conditions are as follows:
7:30am – 4:30pm Monday thru Friday.
Office and field time will be carefully scheduled to maximize efficiency.
Physical Requirements
Repetitive tasks including, but not limited to:
- Lifting 50-75 lbs., walking up and down flights of stairs, prolonged standing and sitting.

Salary Range: $45.00-$60.00 per hour Depending on Experience
Paid Time Off: 80 hours upon completion of 90-day probationary period
