We are seeking a Paid Social Media Buyer to join our digital media team. This entry-level role will support the execution and optimization of paid social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms on behalf of our clients.

Working closely with senior paid social media strategists and social media account supervisors, the Paid Social Media Buyer will assist with campaign setup, performance monitoring, budget management, and delivering insights to improve campaign effectiveness. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about social media advertising and digital marketing.

Core Responsibilities:

Paid Social Campaign Execution

  • Own the placement and management of paid social media campaigns across platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, and more as needed.
  • Build and launch campaigns within ad platforms following campaign strategy, audience targeting parameters, budgets, and creative requirements.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and performance to ensure campaigns are delivering according to plan.
  • Support campaign optimizations, including audience targeting, bid adjustments, creative rotation, and budget allocation.

Campaign Performance, Optimizations & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance metrics including impressions, clicks, conversions, engagement, and cost efficiency.
  • Identify performance trends and make optimization recommendations to improve results.
  • Assist in A/B testing initiatives across audiences, creative, and bidding strategies.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and KPIs.
  • Assist in compiling campaign performance reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze campaign results and summarize insights for internal teams and client presentations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of campaign setup, performance, and optimizations.

Process & Quality Assurance

  • Maintain organization across campaign builds, budgets, and timelines.
  • Conduct quality checks before campaign launches to ensure accuracy.
  • Support internal documentation and best practices for paid social execution.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, social media marketing, or related field.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms, including Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, or YouTube.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Experience with or interest in paid media platforms or ad managers (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Familiarity with reporting or analytics tools such as Google Analytics or platform dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and account management.
  • Passion for social media trends, emerging platforms, and digital advertising innovation.
  • Interest or experience in higher education, healthcare, and/or tourism.
