Insurance Coordinator

ANDRES is seeking a detail‑oriented Insurance Coordinator to support our subcontractor insurance and prequalification processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong partnerships with subcontractors and ensuring timely enrollment in project‑specific insurance programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the collection and verification of insurance certificates from subcontractors, vendors, and third parties to ensure compliance with ANDRES requirements.
  • Maintain and organize insurance‑related documentation using internal technology platforms.
  • Track insurance status, confirm subcontractor compliance, and ensure requirements are met before payments are released.
  • Coordinate subcontractor enrollment in OCIP and CCIP insurance programs.
  • Collaborate closely with Risk Management, Preconstruction, and Accounting departments.
  • Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment to ensure subcontractors are enrolled ahead of project deadlines.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements, including leveraging technology and AI tools.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years of insurance coordination experience, preferably in construction.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Compass.
  • Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
