Project Engineer
- Assist in leading submittal process with Office Engineer and ensure design team/subcontractors are working with approved and accurate information
- Review submittals and shop drawings for compliance with project requirements
- Collaborate with surveyor to provide necessary information for control
- Update/manage drawings on Procore
- Review/approve unit bibles
- Advocate safety as number one priority on the jobsite and enforce compliance with company/jobsite safety plan, policies, and all safety-related regulations
- Identify lead times on materials and manage sample process with owner/architect
- Manage the drawing issuances to capture all cost changes (ASI/PR X added Y scope for Z dollar value) via the Procore RFQ process
- Verify material lead times and maintain procurement log
- Assist project team to achieve best cost, quality, & schedule
- Ensure Outbuild, Procore, DroneDeploy (LEED Photos, BMP Photos, pre-rock, pre-concrete pour, post acceptance), and Buildr are implemented and running effectively on your project
- Implement quality control process as outlined on ANDRES Expectations document
- Consistently work to maintain consistent communications between field and office operations
- Ensure accurate meeting documentation and distribution (OAC minutes, subcontractor meeting exports, onsite coordination meeting information)
- Lead onsite BIM/VDC practices by ensuring VDC Manager has all info needed from subcontractors and design team
- Ensure onsite ANDRES personnel are involved with using VDC/BIM tools and manage subcontractors in order to have effective weekly BIM/VDC meetings
- Share knowledge (best practices and lessons learned) on the ANDRES Forum
- Implement Lean Construction processes and seek consistent improvement/the elimination of waste
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction (multifamily preferred)
- Must walk the construction site frequently
