Job Summary:

The Painter’s primary responsibility is to use a wet paint process to prime, paint and cure material as well as any needed re-touch work. This position will be required to use a respirator. The painting process will happen within a paint booth using a 2 part epoxy.  Some ladder work will be required. This position will occasionally assist with the preparation of material.  The painter will maintain a safe and clean work area by ensuring they clean their sprayer and area on a daily basis.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Primes and paints material brought in by the paint prep tech.
  • Ensures proper material handling to meet quality standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience and Education:

  • Previous experience of (1 year) in painting using the wet paint process.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in third-party logistics (3PL) environment.

Job Details:

  • Shift and Hours: 2nd Shift | 2:30 PM - 11 PM
  • Pay Range: $19/ hour + $1 Shift Premium
