Work Schedule:

 Monday 9am-1pm Tuesday-Thursday 730am-430pm and Friday's 8am-2pm

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions
  • Collect copayments and process patient payments
  • Provide backup support to the Scheduling Coordinator
  • Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area
Software Used:
  • Dentrix Ascend (cloud-based and easy to learn)
  • Dental Intelligence communication system
