JL Schwieters is hiring Assemblers to build wall panels and roof trusses in our indoor manufacturing facility.

If you like working with your hands, building things, and learning construction skills — this is a great place to start.

Think of it as framing houses indoors.

Starting Pay: $18+/hr (more with experience)
Night shift includes shift premium

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Building wall panels and roof trusses
• Using nail guns, saws, tape measures, and hand tools
• Following layouts and basic construction drawings
• Working on a team-based production line

If you can read a tape measure and want to learn construction skills, we can train you.

What We’re Looking For:
• Reliable attendance
• Comfortable working with tools
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Construction or framing experience is a plus — but not required.
