POSITION SUMMARY:
Human resources generalists handle all aspects of human resources work. Their duties include recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, and employee relations, as well as administering human resources policies, procedures, and programs.
As part of our Administrative Team you will be responsible for providing a professional environment and memorable first impression for our Field Team members answer questions and assisting them as needed. You must have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. We are looking for a quick learner who is very organized, self-motivated, and computer savvy. Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with our internal office systems/procedures and includes a combination of answering telephones, data entry, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing. - Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
- Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports.
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
- Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants.
- Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures
- Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications
- Develop or implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: Two+ years related experience
Computer Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, general knowledge of computer us and typing/10 key.
Certificates & Licenses: Human Resources Certificate (SHRM & HRCI, etc)
Other Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening. Dress code is business casual.
