Keystone Engineering is currently seeking a Project Director to join our Houston team.

Work Environment/Physical Demands: Office/Sedentary
Travel Requirements: Occasional site visits required
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
- Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
- Acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
- Assist with multi-discipline engineering and design activities
- Provides project control documentation as required ,including: project design, project estimation, material/equipment procurement, field assessments of existing infrastructure, contracting requirements ,scheduling requirements, construction requirements, project closure requirements, status reporting
- Manages budget
Requirements:
- B.S. in Engineering from an ABET accredited program
- 15+ years of experience
- Relationship development skills
- Critical analytic skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and solution advocate
- Attention to detail
