Overview

Williams Plumbing & Drain is seeking an experienced Service Dispatcher to join our team in Tulsa. This role is best suited for someone with prior dispatch or service scheduling experience who can manage a high-volume call environment, make real-time decisions, and help drive operational efficiency.

As a key member of our operations team, you will coordinate technicians, optimize scheduling, and ensure a high level of service for both customers and field staff.

Compensation & Benefits

• $17-$20 per hour, depending on dispatch experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize incoming service calls in a high-volume environment
• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on skillset, location, and urgency
• Continuously adjust schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the day
• Ensure technicians are fully prepared with accurate job information
• Monitor job progress and resolve scheduling conflicts in real time
• Maintain accurate records in dispatch/CRM systems
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality

Required Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent phone presence and customer communication skills
• Proficiency with dispatch software, CRM systems, and general computer use
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Dependable and accountable with a consistent work ethic

Preferred Experience

• Dispatching experience preferred, but not required
• Experience working with technicians in the field
• Familiarity with performance metrics (job efficiency, scheduling optimization, etc.)

Work Environment

This role requires handling a steady volume of calls, schedule changes, and coordination throughout the day. Success in this position depends on staying organized, thinking quickly, and maintaining professionalism under pressure.
