Senior Professionals are degreed professionals (licensed if applicable) with major responsibility for technical performance. They possess diversified knowledge of engineering consulting principles and practices in their field of endeavor. They apply advanced techniques, modifications and theories and serve as technical liaisons on matters pertaining to their field of practice. They are involved in ALL aspects of project performance including regular and effective project communication with clients, timely and efficient scheduling, communication and use of all appropriate staff, quality and useful project deliverables, and all appropriate follow-up contacts. Specific duties include:
- Lead technical performance and management of projects ensuring adherence to project objectives, budget, and schedule constraints.
- Possess diversified knowledge of engineering, environmental, and/or geology principles and practices to effectively plan and manage projects, applying advanced techniques, modifications, and theories as needed.
- Oversee investigations and prepare technical reports to deliver high- quality deliverables to clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as a technical liaison and expert advisor on matters related to environmental engineering and geological practices, providing guidance and support to project teams.
- Assign and direct the work of other technical professionals and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring efficient project delivery.

- Interface with clients to understand project requirements, provide expert guidance, and address concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Capturing and promoting future work
- Represent clients in interactions with regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating project approvals as necessary.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, or related field.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.), Licensed Professional Geologist (P.G.), Certified Hydrogeologist (C.Hg.) certification required.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in environmental engineering, geology, environmental consulting, or related field, with a proven track record of technical leadership and project management.
- Coordinate and efficiently utilize staff
- Strong understanding of professional and technical principles and practices, with the ability to apply advanced techniques and theories to solve complex technical problems.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and directing the work of technical professionals and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as an expert advisor and resource to clients, providing technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
