Morgan Corp. is currently seeking a Project Administrator in Raleigh, NC. 

The primary responsibilities of this position include providing administrative support and assistance to the Raleigh Division management team. This position is full-time.  

Responsibilities: 

Project Administration 

  • Support construction services with new construction projects in a variety of market sectors through the Raleigh Division office 
  • Communicate and coordinate contract document requirements with Morgan Corp. staff and contractors 
  • Assist the Project Management Department with preconstruction meetings, RFIs, project submittals, track and process change orders, and pay applications 
  • Assist the Estimating Department with pre-bid meetings, managing plans, documents, and addendums, ordering certificates of insurance and P&P bonds, contacting subcontractors and vendors in the bid cycle, and assisting in completing pre-qualifications for new projects and quantity take-offs. 

Office Assistant 

  • Greet guests to the office, receive vendor deliveries, answer incoming calls, and transfer accordingly 
  • Act as primary contact for administration, payroll, and HR in the corporate office 
  • Assist with the new employee onboarding process 
  • Oversee ordering of office supplies 
  • Order meals for office events and trainings 
  • Manage conference room and video conferencing system 
  • Prepare meeting agendas and presentation files when needed 
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned/needed by the Division Manager, Project Management Department, and Estimating Department. 

Qualifications: 

  • 1 - 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a heavy equipment/construction setting 
  • High school diploma or GED required, 4-year Civil Engineering or other relevant degree preferred 
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills 
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software programs, email, and intranet usage 
  • Notary Public preferred
