Position: HVAC Installation Technician

Position Type: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Pay: $28-$60 hourly ($60,000-$125,000 annually includes hourly and weekly bonus incentive).

Position Summary
Experienced HVAC Installation Technicians lead residential and light commercial installs from start to finish. This role is built for a hands-on technician who can run a job, direct helpers, and deliver clean, high-quality installations while keeping customers informed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installation projects for residential and light commercial systems
• Direct and support installation assistants to ensure efficient, high-quality work
• Install, wire, charge, and start up HVAC systems according to specifications and code
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and technical diagrams
• Ensure all work meets company standards and local regulations
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the installation process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential or commercial HVAC installation experience
• Proven ability to lead installations and supervise team members is required
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable using technology such as iPads or mobile field service applications
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and on a team

**THIS POSITION REQUIRES HVAC TRAINING OR FIELD EXPERIENCE WITH THE ABILITY TO LEAD THE INSTALLATION OF HVAC residential/commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems. Working Conditions
