Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $22-$45/ per hour

Position Summary
The Service & Installation Plumber / Pipe-fitter is responsible for performing installation, maintenance, and repair work on plumbing and piping systems in commercial and public buildings. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including water heaters, tankless systems, filtration systems, and gas lines
- Perform installation and retrofit work for drain, sewer, and water distribution systems
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to ensure proper operation
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and perform necessary repairs
- Provide guidance and support to apprentices and helpers on job sites
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Journeyman or Master Plumber License preferred, but not required
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug and background checks

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This is a field-based role that may include:
- Working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Driving to and between job sites
- Frequent standing, climbing, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Working with construction materials, tools, and equipment
