Program Overview

Our internship program is designed to provide real-world experience and professional development opportunities for students and individuals exploring new career paths.

Interns will gain exposure to day-to-day operations, develop valuable skills, and work alongside experienced professionals in their area of interest.

What You’ll Be Working On

Responsibilities will vary based on your selected field (Engineering, Trades, Accounting, etc.), but may include:

• Assisting with daily tasks and projects within your department
• Supporting field or office operations depending on your role
• Learning industry-specific tools, systems, and processes
• Working alongside experienced team members and mentors
• Participating in hands-on training and real-world assignments
• Contributing to team goals and company projects

What We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled in or interested in a relevant major, trade, or field
• Willingness to learn and explore career opportunities
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft 365 preferred for office-related roles)
