We are currently seeking a Residential HVAC Technician to join our team in Lynchburg, VA. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and helping homeowners stay comfortable year-round, we would love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will install, maintain, and service residential HVAC systems while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:
- Install, maintain, and service residential heating and cooling systems
- Work with systems such as hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pumps
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues accurately and efficiently
- Read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 5 years of HVAC service or installation experience, or equivalent training or education
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems
- EPA or CFC Certification required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen and background checks as required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on role that includes:
- Working in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions
- Frequent standing, climbing, lifting, and physical activity
- Lifting up to 50 pounds as needed
- Occasional extended driving between job locations
- Working around common construction materials and tools
