What You’ll Do
As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and servicing commercial and industrial systems to ensure optimal performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and service HVAC systems including hydronic, steam, forced hot air, and heat pumps
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues accurately and efficiently
- Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and lifespan
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in HVAC service and maintenance or equivalent vocational training preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening including drug screen and background checks as required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on role in a commercial setting. You can expect:
- Work in indoor and outdoor environments with varying weather conditions
- Frequent standing, climbing, bending, and lifting
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Occasional driving between job sites
- Exposure to typical construction materials and equipment
