At Miller's Services, we are building a specialized team of high-performing service technicians who want a consistent four-day work week (to include Saturday & Sunday) while running high-opportunity demand calls during our busiest customer times. These roles are a premium opportunity, with a premium schedule, for premium compensation. Our weekend service technicians are extremely important to our team. These are the technicians our customers rely on when problems can’t wait.

This is not an install-only role and not an entry-level technician position.

We are looking for experienced service professionals in Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC & Septic who thrive in front of customers and can diagnose, educate and present solutions confidently.

What to Expect:

· 4-day work week with three days off each week

· Consistent weekend schedule (Saturdays & Sundays)

· Demand service calls and high-opportunity customer interactions

· Additional $5/hour premium pay for all hours worked on this specialized schedule

· Running our customer service process consistently

· Diagnosing and presenting repair/replacement options

· Delivering a 5-star customer experience

· Working closely with dispatch and leadership

· Service and demand calls over install-only work

· Take pride in process, professionalism, and results

Requirements:

· Proven experience in residential service (three plus years preferred)

· Strong communication and customer education skills

· Ability to work independently

· Strong documentation habits

· Positive attitude and team-first mindset

            ·Clean, professional appearance and truck standards
