Construction Carpenter
Cellar Ridge Construction is seeking a skilled Construction Carpenter to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering quality craftsmanship on both residential and commercial construction projects. This full-time position involves daily interaction with crew members, supervisors, project managers, clients, and subcontractors. We value professionalism, safety, and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, installing doors/windows, trim work, and cabinetry on various construction projects.
- Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications precisely.
- Safely operate hand and power tools and maintain appropriate safety standards on all job sites.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Communicate professionally with customers, clients, and team members to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Inspect and measure materials, cut, and install structures, materials, and fixtures as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to company policies and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years proven experience as a carpenter in construction settings
- Own basic carpentry tools
- Ability to travel to various job sites in the surrounding area
- Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program or technical school training
- Experience in both residential and commercial projects
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and drawings
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
