RICHARD (RDS) is currently seeking an I.T. Technical Support Specialist.

 

Position Summary:
RICHARD
is seeking a self-motivated, conscientious individual with 5+ years of experience for immediate full-time employment opportunities as I.T. Technical Support Specialist.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Responding to help desk tickets and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Configure and deploy new computers and laptops for new employees
  • Issue replacement computers for existing users as needed.
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Performing routine maintenance and system upgrades
  • Setting up user accounts, passwords, and permissions
  • Training users on basic software and hardware usage

 

Job Requirements:

  • General Desktop Support
  • Problem-solving
  • Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android, and networking
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity practices
  • Customer service experience
  • Hardware & Software installation, configuration & troubleshooting
  • Active Directory Management
  • MS Exchange Admin and Support
  • Attention to detail

 
Work Environment:

 

This position will be primarily performed from RICHARD’s home office located in Beaumont, TX, but may require travel to project sites, when required. Field site visits may be required periodically.
