Generative AI Training & Support Specialist

Location: New York City, NY, 10019(Hybrid – 3 days onsite, Tuesday anchor day)
Duration: 6-Month Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a Generative AI Training & Support Specialist to support enterprise-wide AI enablement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about generative AI, employee education, and technology adoption. The specialist will design and deliver engaging AI training programs while also serving as an administrator and support resource for enterprise AI platforms including ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of User Engagement, Education & Tech Academy, this individual will collaborate across HR, Legal, Learning & Development, and IT teams to help employees confidently and responsibly adopt AI tools in their daily work.

Key Responsibilities

AI Training & Enablement

  • Design and facilitate live, virtual, and on-demand training sessions focused on generative AI tools such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and related platforms.
  • Develop engaging learning content including user guides, job aids, presentations, tutorials, and video-based training materials.
  • Support AI Champions programs and Tech Academy initiatives through session coordination, content creation, and program logistics.
  • Educate employees on responsible AI usage, data privacy, and organizational AI policies.
  • Partner with HR and Learning & Development teams to create AI-focused soft-skill training programs such as change management and AI adoption workshops.
  • Track learner participation, engagement, and feedback metrics to improve training effectiveness and adoption.

AI Platform Administration & Support

  • Serve as the primary administrator for ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise environments.
  • Manage user provisioning, workspace setup, permissions, organizational structures, and access controls.
  • Maintain department-level segmentation and enterprise configuration settings.
  • Act as the primary liaison with OpenAI and Anthropic enterprise support teams for escalations and platform updates.
  • Generate reports related to platform utilization, license consumption, compliance, and chargeback tracking.
  • Provide day-to-day support for employee questions regarding AI tools, workflows, and use cases.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, adult learning, enablement, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience administering enterprise AI platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude Enterprise.
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience facilitating both instructor-led and asynchronous learning programs.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Experience creating AI adoption or change management programs.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI governance and data privacy considerations.
  • Previous experience supporting enterprise technology training initiatives.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid schedule with 3 onsite days per week in New York City.
  • Tuesday is a required onsite anchor day.
