Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Inspection Pricing Coordinator to support the business in Freehold, NJ. As the Inspection Pricing Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate pricing quotes for inspection services and related offerings. This role bridges operations and sales by identifying additional opportunities—such as converting quotes into booked jobs, upselling service upgrades, and securing contract renewals—while ensuring competitive, profitable pricing and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Review inspection requests and technical scope to develop accurate, timely quotations.
- Apply company pricing models, industry standards, and margin guidelines.
- Coordinate with inspectors or technical teams for required details before quoting.
- Proactively follow up on issued quotes to secure customer acceptance.
- Leverage CRM tools to track quote status and conversion rates.
- Explain service value, deliverables, and timelines to prospects.
- Contact clients ahead of contract expiration to secure renewals.
- Identify and present upgrade options or expanded inspection packages.
- Maintain records of all client interactions for renewal forecasting.
- Build rapport with clients to foster repeat business.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Work closely with sales and marketing to support campaigns.
- Prepare weekly metrics on quotes, conversions, and renewals.
- Recommend adjustments to pricing strategies based on market trends.
- Support process improvements to reduce quote turnaround time.
Requirements
- 2+ years in pricing, quoting, or sales coordination (service or inspection-related industry preferred).
- Experience in upselling or renewals is a strong plus.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities for accurate pricing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and quoting tools.

The wage for this role is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
