We are looking for highly technical and professional Plumbing Field Supervisor. This position requires plumbing service and repairs as well as leadership abilities. Other requirements include excellent customer service and a proven history of outstanding performance.  Must be available to work some nights and weekends on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Have the ability to manage and motivate the field team, while working along side them.
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast paced environment.
• Provide constructive feedback to the team, to assist in coaching and mentoring for individual growth.
• Fill in for the manager or when needed to lead training and meetings.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
• Understand the logistics, parts and materials of plumbing systems.
• Know how to establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services.
• Educate and assist customers on the importance of sewer repair and replacement.
• Use sound judgement to work through the troubleshooting and diagnostics of plumbing systems.
• Operate and maintain camera equipment needed.
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out, and lead by example
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
  

Job Requirements

• Have 5 plus years experience in residential plumbing
• Willing to participate in the Miller's Leadership Pipeline
• Possess and maintain a valid and clean driver's license
• Desire to serve our customers at the highest level
• Willingness to work overtime and "on call" shifts as needed
• Must be able to lift over fifty pounds
