Magic City Garage Door in Minot, ND is looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Sales & Service Coordinator to manage daily service and installation schedules while helping turn customer calls into booked work. In this role, you’ll coordinate technician schedules, create accurate estimates, follow up on open jobs, and work closely with field leaders and procurement to keep projects running smoothly. Responsibilities:

• Build and manage daily schedules for technicians
• Schedule service and install jobs based on urgency, location, and technician skillset
• Adjust schedules in real time for delays, cancellations, and emergency calls
• Dispatch technicians and provide clear job details
• Answer inbound customer calls and schedule service appointments
• Follow up on open estimates and unsold opportunities
• Confirm appointments and communicate delays or changes to customers
• Create and update customer estimates and service tickets
• Add accurate notes, job details, and parts information in the system
• Coordinate with technicians throughout the day to keep jobs on track
• Optimize technician routes and fill open schedule gaps
• Work with procurement to order job materials and ensure jobs are properly staged
• Support field leaders with scheduling, job coordination, and day-to-day operational needs
• Support a smooth customer experience from initial call through job completion
