Pay Rate: $19.25+ based off experience.

Overview

Uploading into DMS, creating new contract folders. Overseeing the logistics of the full cycle of final inspection while maintaining hourly/department boards. Must be able to lift between 30-50lbs. Forklift experience is preferred but we will train as needed. Helping quality match paperwork, printing labels, sending emails for OV OUT. Cross train in the Crib to support production when needed.

 

Responsibilities

  • Track/maintain daily/weekly/monthly production levels in any department assigned to you using department(s) boards and lean methodologies provided.
  • Train new employees in assigned department(s) and define/update training matrix within your assigned department.
  •  Follow/track paperless dispatch priorities in assigned department(s) and direct personnel to work in dispatch priority order through 5-minute meetings.
  • Work continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives in assigned department(s) using A3/Countermeasure/ Kaizen tools. (example, Scrap Reduction)
  • On Preliminary review team and able to disposition non-conforming parts in a timely fashion.
  •  Support Lean implementation throughout your department(s). (standard work, cell support) and determine an acceptable hourly attainment goal.
  • Review of customer contracts.
  • Serves as a primary liaison between contracts, manufacturing and shipping.
  •  Versed in creating and invoicing NRE and Tooling invoices.
  • Crib support and traveling with valid license
  • Inspecting deliveries with great attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Two years of related job experience
  •  Computer abilities
  •  Analytical abilities
  • Working knowledge of Lean principles (5S, standard work, waste reduction)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a shop‑floor environment
  • Basic computer skills (production reporting, email, ERP entry)
