Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $22-$45/ per hour
The pay range for this position is included in the job description. The listed range represents the broader pay scale for the role. Individual compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Job Summary
The Commercial Service Plumber is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, water distribution systems, and drainage systems. All work must be performed in accordance with applicable codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national plumbing codes
- Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other team members
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and service vehicles
- Complete required documentation and work orders accurately
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Backflow certification preferred
- Must successfully pass a post-offer drug screen and applicable background checks, including DMV and/or criminal history reviews
