Position: Industrial Electrician
Kansas Electric is a leading electrical contractor seeking skilled electricians to join our growing team. We’re known for quality work, customer satisfaction, and investing in our people.
Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in industrial settings
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
Troubleshoot motor controls and electrical systems
Collaborate with other trades to meet project deadlines
Ensure all work meets current electrical codes and safety standards
Requirements:
Active journeyman license or equivalent experience
Ability to read and interpret electrical prints and wiring diagrams
Familiarity with conduit bending, panel builds, and running cable trays
Industrial or commercial electrical experience preferred
Must be dependable, self-directed, and able to work safely without constant supervision
Willingness to mentor apprentices and work as part of a team
What We Offer:
$32–$45/hour, based on experience
$3,000 signing bonus ($1,500 at 30 days, $1,500 at 90 days)
