Job Responsibilities

  • Installs, services and repairs Plumbing systems in commercial and residential settings
  • Install, maintain and repair sanitation units, water and gas supply lines, heating systems and associated fixtures in residential, commercial and industrial structures
  • Performs preventative maintenance duties for our customers
  • Inspect plumbing systems, perform diagnostics and ensure they comply with regulatory codes
  • Communicates in a professional manner with other team members and customers
  • Adheres to all local/state codes and regulations
  • Completes accurate service tickets daily
  • Able to work on call rotations, including nights and weekends as needed
  • Performs additional duties as required
  • Follow company safety standards
  • Ability to grow and excel with the latest commercial technology

Job Requirements

  • Valid State of Iowa drivers license 
  • Must provide a certified copy of driving record (driving record must pass company insurance requirements)
  • Have 3+ years of  commercial plumbing service experience
  • State of Iowa journeyman plumbing License
  • Backflow certification a plus but not required
  • EPA certification a plus
  • Mechanical aptitude and technical skills a must
  • Ability to work independently
  • Is dependable and shows up on time
  • Must be able to lift 100 pounds
  • High school degree or GED
  • Must pass physical and drug screen
