Our Project Engineers are responsible for ensuring the effective coordination and control of engineering works through activities of technical, engineering, inspection, scheduling, planning, survey, procurement, and quality control based on Martinus Rail standards. Site Engineers ensure effective communication and coordination between all disciplines and all other project activities relevant to our work.

Required:

-    Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar.

Desirable:

-    Diploma of Building/Construction, Project Management or similar.

Required:

-    2-5 years’ experience in a construction/engineering environment.

Typical:

-    Engineering experience in a track construction environment.

-    Review of design documents, ability to understand drawings, provide constructability review and implement final design plans.

-    People and performance management, particularly subcontractors, suppliers and direct labor.

-    Proven competency in planning and organizing work schedules.
