About the Role
We’re hiring an Inside Sales Representative – Masonry to support customers by providing product solutions, preparing quotes, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the sales process. This role works closely with customers, outside sales representatives, and operations teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment supporting contractors, builders, and project teams.
This role typically works standard daytime business hours, with flexibility as needed based on customer and business demands.
This is a full-time, year-round position based in Toledo, Ohio.
What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
- Support the outside sales team with quotes, orders, and product information
- Prepare and package Webstore orders for pickup or delivery
- Assist customers in the showroom with product selection and recommendations
- Review project plans and specifications to prepare accurate material quotes
- Maintain product displays and assist with inventory management
- Resolve shipping issues and customer concerns
- Process orders and support fulfillment to ensure inventory accuracy
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide backup support for counter sales when needed
- Maintain regular in-person attendance
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, or up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
- Ability to safely navigate the facility, including climbing ladders
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions when required
- Willingness to work outside normal business hours as needed
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- 2+ years of inside sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Building materials or construction product knowledge is a plus
- Ability to read project plans and specifications preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
