Position Summary

Tiger Electric, Inc. is seeking a skilled, dependable, and customer-oriented Licensed Plumber to join our team. The Licensed Plumber will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and light industrial settings. The successful candidate will ensure all work meets current regulations, codes, and safety standards while delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Location: Delta, CO
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay Rate: $24.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on license and experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building codes to ensure proper system layout and compliance.
• Inspect systems to identify leaks, malfunctions, or necessary replacements, and provide clear recommendations to clients.
• Perform routine and emergency service calls with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate work records and reports for all completed tasks.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including PPE requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain or advance knowledge of the trade.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current and valid state-issued plumbing license (e.g., Residential, Journeyman, or Master Plumber).
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical documents, and building codes.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, safety protocols, and relevant regulations.
• Physical ability to stand, climb, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of experience as a licensed plumber, preferred
• Experience working in a commercial or industrial environment.
• Experience with plumbing service calls, preferred.
• Backflow certification, gasline, or special endorsements.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Working Conditions
