Tiger Electric, Inc. is seeking a skilled, dependable, and customer-oriented Licensed Plumber to join our team. The Licensed Plumber will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and light industrial settings. Location: Delta, CO
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay Rate: $24.00 – $40.00 per hour (based on license and experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building codes to ensure proper system layout and compliance.
- Inspect systems to identify leaks, malfunctions, or necessary replacements, and provide clear recommendations to clients.
- Perform routine and emergency service calls with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate work records and reports for all completed tasks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including PPE requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors.
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain or advance knowledge of the trade.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current and valid state-issued plumbing license (e.g., Residential, Journeyman, or Master Plumber).
- Ability to interpret blueprints, technical documents, and building codes.
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, safety protocols, and relevant regulations.
- Physical ability to stand, climb, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Three (3) or more years of experience as a licensed plumber, preferred
- Experience working in a commercial or industrial environment.
- Experience with plumbing service calls, preferred.
- Backflow certification, gasline, or special endorsements.
- Clean driving record required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
