Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Laborer

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist in performing groundskeeping and landscape maintenance task. You will help ensure that outdoor areas are attractive, healthy, and safe according to client and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, edging, and trimming of lawns and green spaces using manual and power-operated equipment.
• Plant, water, prune, and fertilize flowers, shrubs, and trees as directed.
• Remove and dispose of leaves, debris, and litter from landscapes, walkways, and parking areas.
• Mulch beds and assist with soil preparation, weed and pest control.
• Operate a variety of hand tools and light machinery such as blowers, clippers, and trimmers safely and efficiently.
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal, leaf removal, and planting projects.
• Comply with all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Ability to perform physical, outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenance methods and tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive manual task
  
• Authorization to work in the country of employment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, or a related field
• Familiarity with safe operation of landscaping equipment
