Job Brief:  Skilled servers that are salesman not just order takers. The goal is to provide an excellent overall guest experience. Our servers must have a true passion for the Food and Beverage Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer services that promote satisfaction
• Anticipate guest’s needs
• Greet guest promptly, introduce yourself and let guest know of specials
• Make recommendations or share additional information upon request
• Take food and drink orders, deliver drinks, deliver food when necessary
• Up sell additional food and beverage when taking orders
• Arrange table settings and maintain tables to be sure they are clean & tidy at all times
• Deliver checks and collect payments
• Cooperate with all members of the team
• Follow all relevant health department rules and regulations
• Follow of Noi Thai’s standards and procedures

Requirements:

• Must have previous Server experience in restaurants
• Ability to develop constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers
• Great problem solving and decision making skills
• Service orientation and excellent organizational skills
• Hands on experience with cashiering
• Familiar with POS systems
• Better than average communication skills
• Current Health department and liquor licenses and or card
• Be in good physical condition
