Job Brief: Skilled servers that are salesman not just order takers. The goal is to provide an excellent overall guest experience. Our servers must have a true passion for the Food and Beverage Industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer services that promote satisfaction
- Anticipate guest’s needs
- Greet guest promptly, introduce yourself and let guest know of specials
- Make recommendations or share additional information upon request
- Take food and drink orders, deliver drinks, deliver food when necessary
- Up sell additional food and beverage when taking orders
- Arrange table settings and maintain tables to be sure they are clean & tidy at all times
- Deliver checks and collect payments
- Cooperate with all members of the team
- Follow all relevant health department rules and regulations
- Follow of Noi Thai’s standards and procedures
Requirements:
- Must have previous Server experience in restaurants
- Ability to develop constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers
- Great problem solving and decision making skills
- Service orientation and excellent organizational skills
- Hands on experience with cashiering
- Familiar with POS systems
- Better than average communication skills
- Current Health department and liquor licenses and or card
- Be in good physical condition
