$20–$45 per hour, based on role and experience

The Roles: Apprentice Through Install Lead
We're building out our Installation department and hiring across every level:
Install Apprentice — bring your commitment to the trade. You'll learn hands-on under experienced leads, working toward full residential installation proficiency.
Install Lead — bring your years of hands-on experience. You'll work independently on residential installations, backed by a team and company that invests in your growth, with weekly uncapped performance incentives on top of your base pay.
This isn't a temp fix or a revolving door. We're growing fast, and we want people who want to build something with us.
Responsibilities
You'll install residential HVAC systems, including:
Boilers
Hydronic and steam systems
Piping, wiring, gas piping, and code-compliant installations
Startup and commissioning
Heat Pumps & Ductless Systems
Air handlers, coils, ductless and piping
Refrigerant best practices: brazing, pressure testing, evacuation, and charging
Furnaces and Air Handler
Metal fabrication, retro fit and new ductwork, CFM Sizing and design
Gas piping, wiring, venting, low voltage and diagnostics
Multi-position installations, high velocity and roof tops
What We're Looking For
Residential HVAC installation experience
Ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish
Proficiency with hand and power tools of the trade
Clean, safe driving record
Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
Customer-first mindset — empathy and professionalism matter here
Self-motivated, reliable, and ready to take initiative
Competitive drive balanced with a genuine love of winning as a team
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, twist, stretch, and reach for extended periods
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects exceeding 50 lbs
Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Sustained physical activity throughout the workday
