Compensation & Benefits

Pay

  • $35–$45 per hour, based on role and experience

  • Uncapped weekly performance incentive opportunities 

  • Paid every Friday

The Roles: HVAC Service Technician 

We're building out our Service department  and are looking to add a qualified tech to the team

  • bring your years of hands-on experience. You'll work independently on residential service and maintenance, backed by a team and company that invests in your growth.

This isn't a temp fix or a revolving door. We're growing fast, and we want people who want to build something with us.

Responsibilities

  • You'll service, diagnose repair and maintain residential HVAC systems

  • Leads troubleshooting efforts and repairs for HVAC systems.

  • Provide leadership to Junior tech HVAC technicians in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of residential air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems.

  • Be knowledgeable on Furnaces, Air Handlers, Ductless Systems, Boilers,Hydronics. Heat pumps

What We're Looking For

  • Residential HVAC Service experience

  • Ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish

  • Proficiency with hand and power tools of the trade

  • Clean, safe driving record

  • Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and ready to take initiative

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, bend, twist, stretch, and reach for extended periods

  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects exceeding 50 lbs

  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions

  • Sustained physical activity throughout the workday
